If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new and unused items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, items must be new, unused and in the original packaging. If you are returning tableware, please carefully repack your item(s) to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
Furniture, Lighting, Rug and Custom Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that damage occurs in transit or defects are found in manufacturing, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping call tag number.
Attach call tag to the outside of the shipping package.
Securely pack and seal the merchandise in the original packaging.
